Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns

SYD Lifestyle will gladly exchange, credit or offer a refund on full price purchases within 30 days from purchase date.

Sale & Flash Sale items, however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for a refund for wrong decision or change of mind. For products that are faulty, not as described, or damaged when the customer receives them, we will provide either a refund or a new product.

Returned garments must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, in original sale condition with the garment unworn, washed or altered. Swing tags must be attached to be eligible for return.

Step 1 – Check for the following:

  • You ordered from SYD Lifestyle online store.
  • All swing tags are still attached.
  • Item/s have not been worn or washed, and are in original clean condition. 

Step 2 – Email us to generate a return or exchange:

  • Please email us at marketing@syd.com.au to begin the returns or exchange process

Step 3 - Post your items to our warehouse address:

We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods - except in the case of faulty goods.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of SYD Lifestyle receiving the returned item/s. A notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

 

This policy does not in any way exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
