SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Current standard shipping rates on all deliveries within Australia are:

• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9
• Express Shipping is a flat rate of $12

Shipping Times Standard:

• 3-5 business days from collections

Shipping Times Express:

• 1-4 business days from collections

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, not as described or damaged when you receive it. SYD Lifestyle reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates and carriers at anytime without notice. This includes waiving or discounting shipping rates at any given time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ZONE 1  United States | Flat Rate $30 AUD

ZONE 2  Asia | Flat Rate $25 AUD

ZONE 3  Canada, Mexico, India & Middle East | Flat Rate $30 AUD

ZONE 4  Europe | Flat Rate $30 AUD

ZONE 6 Rest of the world | Flat Rate $40 AUD

We expect orders to arrive between 6 and 10 business days, depending on the location. Parcels are occasionally stopped in customs, which can create delays.

Customs delays, taxes and duties may apply in different countries, for which SYD Lifestyle cannot take responsibility. It is up to the customer to be aware of any taxes or duties they may be liable for upon delivery of the order. SYD Lifestyle is unable to advise on, or have any control over customs charges.
